What you'll need
- 4 inch jumbo round silicone muffin top pan (6 slots)
- 18 tablespoons liquid egg whites
- 6 whole wheat english muffins (oroweat)
- 12 oz jennie o turkey sausage (specifically)
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices of fat free cheese. (wal-mart only sells them)
- Sugar free maple syrup
- 6 tin foil pieces

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease silicone muffin tin or baking dish to prevent sticking. (use olive oil spay)
- Add 6 eggs and 18 tbsp of liquid egg whites into a bowl and whisk
- Pour the egg mixture into the 6 slot silicone muffin pan
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the eggs are set and slightly puffed up
- take your 12oz of ground turkey and cut the roll into even 1/6 slices
- on medium -to low heat add each turkey patty onto the skillet until cooked
- take 6 of your whole wheat muffins and add your baked eggs, turkey sausage patties and a slice of fat free cheddar cheese to each muffin.
- add a small amount of your sugar free maple syrup to each sandwich
- wrap in tinfoil for a fast meal prep
