Ingredients

2 lb 97-3 ground beef

350g fat-free cottage cheese

65g low-fat cream cheese

Buffalo sauce (to taste, for the beef)

2 tbsp hot honey (for the beef)

3 fat-free cheese slices

80ml fat-free milk

320g elbow pasta

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.


2. Add the 320g elbow pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.


3. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

 

Step 2: Cook the Beef

4. While the pasta is cooking, heat a large pan over medium-high heat.


5. Add the 2 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully browned (5-7 minutes).


6. Drain any excess grease if needed.


7. Add Buffalo sauce (to taste) and 2 tbsp hot honey, stirring well to coat the beef. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

 

Step 3: Blend the Sauce

8. In a blender, combine 350g fat-free cottage cheese, 65g low-fat cream cheese, 3 fat-free cheese slices (torn into pieces), and 80ml fat-free milk.


9. Blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Step 4: Combine Everything

10. Pour the blended cheese sauce into the pan with the cooked beef.


11. Stir well until the beef is fully coated. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.


12. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix until everything is evenly combined.

 

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

13. Remove from heat and serve warm. Optionally, drizzle extra Buffalo sauce or hot honey for extra flavor.
